Would it be safe to do my regular workouts along with the P90X?

    p90x should be your only workout regimen. anymore can break down your body more than it can handle. after you’re done with that program, you can go back to bench and squats, etc

    Tony,

    As a P90X grad and Independent Team Beachbody Coach, I would not recommend doing any other work out while doing P90X. Legs Back covers squats quite well trust me. If you would like to add anything, I would suggest additional cardio. I know some people on my team add HIIT to their work outs on the days when they have strictly resistance training (ie, Chest and Back).
