Why do people say full squats are dangerous?

This is bullshit.When I did half squats i goth tight quadriceps,back pain and almost damaged my knee joints.I do full squats today and I’m way stronger and healthier.

    Squats are undoubtedly the king of all exercises, and is one of the best in developing functional strength and lifting mechanics.

    It’s only dangerous if your knees run past your toes as you go down. Half-squats are mostly recommended for beginners who do not have sufficient hamstring flexibility and lower back strength to perform the full squat in proper form.
