Where can I find a free p90x guide?

if it was available for free, they wouldn’t sell it for $120. but the system is amazing. definitely worth the money
i don’t know if this is want you want but could try to download these you can download the calender and the workout log sheets.
I don’t have a free guide, but I do have the workout log. This log enables you to log each day’s workouts, so that you can keep track of your progress. If this is what you are looking for then e-mail me from my blog. If you are actually looking for the guide it isn’t published in a format for the internet. There are only hard copies of it out. Somebody would have to scan the whole book. Let me know.
