There are tons of ways to workout at home to buff up your body! No Props, No Problem is a cool article by Women's Health magazine all about total-body at-home fitness with no machines necessary. Have access to plenty of strength-training props, such as stability balls and machines? Find endless at-home workout moves for a bulletproof-body at WH online.

And let's make it easy here: You can see all these moves step-by-step on the Women's Health magazine website: and

Here are a few exercises you can do for a superb summer bod:
Side plank with moving knee (works core, back, butt, quads, and hamstrings)
Windshield wiper (works core, butt, and hamstrings)
Supine row (works core and back)
Prone Supine Row (use stability/yoga ball, works biceps, triceps, shoulders, core, back, and butt)
Rear Leg Raise (use stab. ball, works arms, core, back, butt, hamstrings)

And while you're at it, check out the WH Ultimate Fitness Plan. I started the UFP, co-created with personal trainer Amy Dixon, about three weeks ago. It's an awesome, online-based and savable daily workout plan (with scheduled rest days) that increases in variety and intensity day-by-day and week-by-week. It's a 6-month program that does not disappoint! My at-home workout (along with that of more than 25,000 other women who started it this year) just got torched into high gear with the UFP.

Buy some free weights at Target. I bought two 10 pound weights and I lift weights while watching TV. I'm seeing some great results.

Also, get some ankle weights and wear them around the house.
