Elliptical – Low impact, and a great workout.
maybe those stationary bicycles.
Play basketball or any sport that requires you to run
I agree with Dpiner-EMT, elliptical.
I would think that it would enhance the growth of lean muscle and recovery. I would use lower tension on the elliptical.
I WOULD SAY THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE
Yeah, I do mainly elliptical training the day after I weight train my legs. I also walk on the treadmill on an incline (3.0 or so). Since my leg muscles are sore and tight I find that it’s more comfortable to do a slower pace (moderate walk) on the treadmill and throw in a few one minute spurts of jogging every 4 minutes or so.
