What’s the best cardio workout to do the day after weight training legs?

Aside from swimming. I don’t know how to swim. Yet.
These cardio exercises won’t hinder the growth of lean muscle or recovery?

    I agree with Dpiner-EMT, elliptical.

    I would think that it would enhance the growth of lean muscle and recovery. I would use lower tension on the elliptical.

    Yeah, I do mainly elliptical training the day after I weight train my legs. I also walk on the treadmill on an incline (3.0 or so). Since my leg muscles are sore and tight I find that it’s more comfortable to do a slower pace (moderate walk) on the treadmill and throw in a few one minute spurts of jogging every 4 minutes or so.
