I would tell them I&#039;m not in good shape, just because I would never work out or exercise and I just felt out of shape.  I started doing my &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.pureonefitness.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;home fitness routine&lt;/a&gt; which actually caused me to gain weight, but good weight because I turned all that loose skin and fat, right into muscle, it was cool.  Anyway stop by my site if ya want, check out my before and after pics, they are fairly recent.
