What should i be eating while doing p90x?

Hi, I have only borrowed p90x from my uncle who is currently in the carribean, and i have no way to contact him. When he gave me all the p90 things, i only got the 12 dvd’s, the calendar thing, and the resistance bands. I recently found out there was a nutrition guide… Can someone tell me what it says in the nutrition guide? So i can find out what i should i be eating specifically while doing this program. The nutritional guide is to extensive to type it in the space aloted by yahoo answers. Maybe you could go to the website and get the diet by entering your uncles name.
The diet is basically the south beach diet with more protein and veggies.
