When you order directly through Beachbody.com or one of their Independent Coaches you will get a book describing the differences.  With that said, the different versions just alter the way you are working out.  Lean will have more cardio based work outs, instead of the 3 days of resistance based.  Doubles adds more cardio without dropping the resistance.  Classic is main version.  It is the one I started with and will be doing a second round of starting on Monday.

I highly recommend that you do the fit test before beginning as well as getting a psychical.  Take your measurements and body fat %.  You will need all of this information to track your progress.
