I recently found out that resveratrol is useless if they see any oxygen because it will break up the molecule. Also like the guy above me said, you will never get the full effect of pills because it doesn't break down easily so your body doesn't get to absort all of it. What works is Genesis, my entire family uses it. We drink only an ounce every morning and I love it.
