What is causing my sharp pain in my leg right where my leg meets my butt?

leg training
Brittney S asked:

I have been running/speed walking and weight training for about 3 years and every once in awhile i get a sharp pain in the back of my leg. I sometimes get it while walking on the treadmill or down the hall, and also while weight training my legs. Is there a stretch that can help or anything? Also, it is only on my right side.

This could be the sciatica nerve getting trapped. Check it out with your doctor. Quick relief massage: Stand with feet shoulder width apart with toes and heels in line, arms to the side relaxed with palms facing in and space in the armpit. Knee and elbow joints off locked. The point where your middle finger touches the side of the leg is the acupuncture point you need to massage slowly and deeply in a circular manner. Releases the nerve. Try it and good luck

    Hi,

I’ve tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don’t work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That’s why I recommend you check this product at where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.97$ shipping and handling.
    Good luck!
