		<description>Well depends on how long you have been working out really.But yea it&#039;s good,personally i suggest you ignore cardio due to the fact that muscle burns fat shit fast while cardio reduces muscle mass,i go the gym too and if i consumed approx 2k calories per day i could lose 2.2 pounds in 2 days.(That&#039;s been measured)Trick is to eat nuts meat and eggs,stay away from sugar.</description>
