		<description>If you&#039;re throwing out your back doing squats you either have incorrect form, which you should get training on, or a dangerous muscle imbalance of some kind.  You&#039;d be well advised to seek out a quality professional trainer or physical therapist to help you fix that.  In the meantime, lunges, leg press, and the leg extension machine can partially fill the gap.  I talk quite a bit about diet and fitness on my blog, you may want to check it out</description>

		<description>Lunges are good. If that&#039;s still no good due to your back, try leg presses in the gym, if you&#039;re looking for a leg workout. If you&#039;re looking for an all-body workout to replace squats, I&#039;m afraid you&#039;ll have to combine leg presses with bench presses or something. Or try swimming if you&#039;re trying to burn calories.</description>
