I would also use stopping power instead of juggernaut, and if you can learn how to use it correctly, the M14 becomes extremely lethal. The AK-47 with a red dot is a killing machine. It's hard for me to say what classes to use though, because I have a class for each gun type (assault, lmg, smg, shotgun, sniper). This method works pretty well for me.
