What are some good interval training exercises to bump up my aerobic capacity?

I am not looking for weight training. I am looking for explosive exercises that will gas me in about a minute.

    Heavy bag rounds with constant foot movement, proper posture stance, and reasonable hand movement.

    Here is a fun one… play one of those songs that motivates you and do as many punches, elbows, kicks as you can throw at a punching bag… don’t stop till the song is done. rest one song and repeat. Hmm, this can turn into anaerobic vs. aerobic
    You can also go to a track, sprint 100 meters, jog 100 meters, sprint 100 meters and job 100 meters… repeat a few miles… that should help a bit…

    sprint drills are great for building aerobic endurance. Hand weights/gloves (light weight) are great for building hand speed, speed bag also
