i am 15 years old (boy) and i am 162 cm and 46 kg only…..i want to train my leg musle for a running competition but i afraid that it will affect my height because i still short…..
so,i need to definite that is training for leg musle will affect one’s height?

    No, to your main question.
    Your height depends a lot on the height’s of you parents AND the heights of their parents. Here a few tips that will help:
    Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk a day.
    Eat lots of protein! Lean red meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cheese, nuts.
    Eat your veggies!! Steamed, frozen, raw, or canned. In salads, you do not want iceburg lettuce. Go with the darker ones, like Romaine or spinach, etc.
    Remember, males grow till age 25! (Females only till age 21.)
