   Wine actually contains a minimal amount of resveratrol. I use to get mine from wine only. I recently found out that resveratrol supplements contain 40% more resveratrol then red wine.

   There isn’t enough resveratrol in wine to really matter; but any red wine will have some (though just a little).

   As quoted on this site:

   To get the same amount of Resveratrol into your system, you would have to drink around a thousand bottles of Red Wine!
