This program does work. Not only does it work but it is super difficult to even complete each exercise. I found this review that  has lots of feedback from current p90x users thats great to help you out.

		<description>if you follow the diet plan, at 17 you probably rely on your parents for paying for food and preparing it for you.  if you eat healthy you will be ripped in 90 days no question about it.  if you are looking for an increase in athetliticism this program is definitely for you.  it will make you bigger, stronger, faster, more flexible...i dont know if you are in sports and/or if you are a junior/senior but i really wish i could have gotten p90x as a freshman in high school i would have been a beast.  this program is the best thing you can do for yourself, but it does take hard work and dedication</description>
