P90-X related question?
Jarnin asked:
I noticed that the program consists of only 3 major workouts/week when you begin. i was wondering if i could maybe skip yoga x or kempo and do another set of shoulders and arms or chest and back. because i want to develop my arms rather than work on my flexibility. also, i live in a small appartment and there is no place for a chin up bar. i have been skiping those exercises that require one in the chest and back routine and i was wondering if anybody knew a series of exercises for the back that do not requier a pull up bar (because the bar is an impossible thing for me due to lack of space).

I don’t think you should skip yoga or kempo because flexibility will help you to prevent any injuries since p90x it’s a very hardcore program.
For the pull up bar there is this option:
if is too wide for you apartment they have a link for a smaller option on that page.
Good look with your program.
