Yes, I have the old school Power 90 lost 12 pounds so far in 60 days. My goal is a total of 25 pounds
A couple of my friends got it early this year and after a couple months, they looked exactly the same. I think they were dedicated, too. I think they said they stopped because it didn’t work.
Of course, I didn’t follow them 24/7, so they may not have been dedicated. You just have to try it.
p90 x works like crazy, if these people got no results they weren’t doing it. You can’t sit on the couch munching bonbons and do p90x.
It works as long as u are dedicated and also follow a diet program.
