Leg Training?

Besides practice for running, what can I do to strengthen my legs, and make myself faster? Would a treadmill help?

    even maybe if you have stairs you could run up and down a couple of times a day to strenghten them,build up the muscles.

    squats, toe raisers, leg curls,leg extensions will all help build leg muscle. personally i don’t use our tread mill very much i like to go outside and run…..i only run on our tread mill when it gets cold out. but yes they will help.
