BBALL BOY asked:
I don’t have an incline bench press, I do just a regular bench press what kind of exercise can I do to work my upper chest without the use of an incline bench?

you can. try doing push ups with your feet up on a chair or bench- do it last in your workout so you are already fatigued and wont need any extra weight.
Push ups ……………………..
do pushups with your hands as wide as they can
get a pair of dumbbells. you can work your chest better with dumbbells. they give u a better range of motion. i usually do dumbbells for my upper chest after im done with the bench press. u can also do pushups with ur legs on a chair to work ur upper chest.
Do some push-ups, but instead of placing your arms directly below you, move them foward out in front of you a little bit (not too much) so that when you go down and push, you will use the upper portion of your chest. Its exactly the same movement and it works out the same muscle as an incline.
pushups are worthless if you are trying to gain strength. best thing would be a pair of dumb bells, and doing flys by laying on your back on your bench. also, you can sit slightly less than upright in any chair and lift the weights up over your head, simulating the incline press.
