Yes it is good for your legs and but.
No. you need to let your quads recover from your last set so work them every other day. I do and the routine works good.
well if you don’t do them very often start with low numbers or time then ramp up to longer and higher numbers. But yeah it’s awesome to do them everyday. but don’t do it with out taking a break every now and then.
if ur squatting 300 lbs like me no but yourself yes.
