Keep in mind that it is easier not to eat that extra 100 calories than trying to run a mile to burn off 100 calories. Have you attempted weight training? You might want to see the advice of a qualified personal trainer at your local gym.</description>

I would warm up for 3-5 minutes before your first interval to prevent muscle strains, but otherwise I usually use mostly interval work with my clients.</description>
