If I use P90X, will i get results even if I dont follow the diet program?

Ya man, well its a personal choice, however defined and healthy you want to be depends on your diet but as a challenge, my friend did exactly that, p90 without the diet. He got RIPPED! Beer and chips included! now your results may not be as good as him, but simple answer, YES! stick with it for the 90 days man and you’ll be so happy you did.
This is my third week doing the p90x. If you currently don’t work out I won’t recommend it. If you want to put on some muscle I recommend you eating more protein. I am 5’10, 185 all muscle(well almost). I was 205 around 2 years ago with a lot of fat. I decided one day that was it. I ran like crazy and ate salad and very low fat food and I lost 40 pounds in around 2 months. Since then it took me around a year and a half to gain 20 pounds of muscle. Very difficult and it is so much easier doing it with juice but stay away from that.
P90X is not going to make you look like Arnold. It will make you cut up and lean. If you want to gain muscle mass you need to eat more protein. The more you eat it the more you will gain. But in my opinion it is easier to lose fat than to gain pure muscle.
