    Shinsplints are a common problem for beginning runners. Do some calf exercises–when you strengthen those muscles it will help. The soreness is basically your muscles trying to keep up with the activity.

    So do 30 hops (just short little jumps up and down), And tap one foot like ur impatient, one foot at a time.
