		<description>The trick is to look straight ahead. If you are staring at a fixed point in front of you then you are straight. If you find your gaze going down the wall then you are starting to bend over and need to readjust.
  I highly suggest you fix this tendency to bend over before you hurt yourself. Then you&#039;ll be in for a life time of pain.
  Bodybuilding isn&#039;t just doing the work...it&#039;s about doing the work CORRECTLY. Doing it correctly gives your body much more tone and bulk and als prevents injury.</description>

		<description>You can do them with just the bar without weights to get the right form before you actually do it, go slow and focus on form, have someone watch you and stop you if you mess up, etc.</description>
