How Much Interval Training Is Enough/Too Much Daily?

I am now doing it interval style (I do it fast for 10 seconds, then slow, then up the resistance etc) for the same time, but it is much harder and I sweat a lot more.
I do it daily currently, along with another 25 mins of other exercises.
Is it that effective I can afford to cut to 30 mins a day ?

I think 45 minutes or more a day is a good amount of exercise to shoot for.
