How many squats/calf raises should i do every other day?

I’m skipping everyday for 12 minutes. I really want to fit in some squats and calf raises as well. How many should I do every other day? (Please tell me how many reps/sets should be done)

here’s my leg workout i do every other day.
skip 15 minutes of rope
Do 60 calf rases 60 in the morning 60 at 6-oclock and 60 before i go to bed. and 20 leg raises each leg
On the days i don’t do this: 4 sets 12 reps frog hops (go down like a frog and hop as high as you can.)
4 sets 10 reps of regular squats.
and 2 sets of 12 front lunges(optional they hurt your thighs)
i also do plyometrics to help me jump higher for bball wanna know bout that just hit me up on my email
Im 13 and when i go to the park i give white boys this workout they come back in like 4-5 months and they be dunkin (no forreal they dunk ) Be sure not to pu too much stuff in your workout routine or you might not be able to stick to it just from laziness because what i just put here may look easy but it’s not
