		<description>DO NOT do them every day - they need time to recover.  Try doing 3 sets of 12 with a short (one-two minutes) rest between only 3 times per week.  (Or if you&#039;re talking knee bends with no weight then you can do 3 sets of anywhere from 20-50.)

In two months you should see some improvement for sure, but only if you allow time for your muscles to recover between workouts.

Eat right, get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water too of course.
