		<description>Try doing Hindu Squats.  They work the calves, thighs, butt, low back, chest and lungs.
 
I have posted a page at my website with more info on them and a video to show the proper method and posture to use when performing them.

		<description>feet are shoulders length at an angle of generaly 45 degrees. eyes are on a conversational plane or looking up. now move your ass out as you make a straight descend downwards with your back not bending. legs must, and i mean MUST, be parallel to the ground.</description>
