Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

Really good workouts don&#039;t make you feel the burn until 1-2 days later.

Also, sometimes when your training for strength, you actually don&#039;t get the burning sensation at all. Its weird, but not always a bad thing.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s pretty difficult to tell after working out. I usually rip my muscles good but never realize it after my workout. Usually my muscles will just be really tired for the rest of the day. Once your wake up the next morning, that&#039;s when you know you had a good workout. You&#039;re muscles should be nice and sore. So ya just wait until tomorrow morning.</description>
