How come i don’t feel the burn after P90x day 1?

During my day P90x workout, (chest and back) i was sweating and my muscles were burning and working. It’s been an 3 hours after the workout, how come my muscles aren’t sore yet?

    It’s pretty difficult to tell after working out. I usually rip my muscles good but never realize it after my workout. Usually my muscles will just be really tired for the rest of the day. Once your wake up the next morning, that’s when you know you had a good workout. You’re muscles should be nice and sore. So ya just wait until tomorrow morning.

    Its because of DOMS

    Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

    Really good workouts don’t make you feel the burn until 1-2 days later.

    Also, sometimes when your training for strength, you actually don’t get the burning sensation at all. Its weird, but not always a bad thing.
