How come I can’t do squats without my back hurting? Sometimes without weight it hurts. I used to be able to do much more weight. I always keep my back straight as possible, I’m beginning to think maybe my back is injured.
I’m positive I have good technique.

Does your back hurt when you are standing straight up?? If not, maybe your leaning to far forward when you do them..you may be keeping your back straight but just leaning to far forward…
try to sit back on your heels a little more without bending your back at all.
try not going down quite so far for a little while
try using a weight belt.
try not being such a wuss.
Are you sure you’re not bending your back? Coz that’s the only logical reason why your back aches. Otherwise it might be caused by muscle strain from other things you do aside from squats.
