Do not not not not skip yoga or cardio exercises.

Because you are lifting heavier, you need the yoga to stretch out the body and prevent injury. Without the yoga, you're going to tweak an elbow, a shoulder, hurt you're lower back and then you won't be able to lift heavy any more.

Also, you don't want to skip the cardio for two reasons. The cardio will help build that beautiful six pack you want ( ; but more importantly it trains you heart and lungs. If you skip out on this, then you're heart and lungs will give out during the muscle building exercises and you won't be able to train to get bigger

Eat a lot. I consumed about 2500-3000 calories a day. but because you're eating a lot, the have to be good for you calories. Also, certain supplements will help your fitness goals.

My first round of P90x i gained 12lbs of muscle and dropped body fat percent. It's a great program. Afterwards, I've tailored together P90x P90x+ hybrid routines specifically designed to build muslce, but first things first. I know all of this is kind of a lot so if you have any questions shoot me an email
