As for what to eat, you should be eating at least 1200 calories. It would be best to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day (about 200-300 calories each). These meals should consist of whole grains, lean meats, fruits, veggies, and nonfat dairy products. don&#039;t eat any fast food, over processed foods, sweets, red meat, or white bread/white rice. Make sure to drink plenty of water, drink nothing but water!
