I weight approximately 111 lbs, 5 ft. 2 inches. I cannot get my legs to firm up. I have been doing this Denise Austin Boot Camp DVD for two months and am doing Weight Watchers. This boot camp consists of many high intensity kicks, squats and lunges and athletic moves. Thanks for any advice.

Got access to a gym? If so, get on the adductor and reductor machines.
One machine – not the most ladylike! – tones the inner thighs. You sit on the seat with the pads inside your knees. You then crank the level and these pads swing open and you have to push your thighs together.
The other machine does the outer thighs and the pads fit on the outside of your knees so instead of pushing your legs together, you push them apart.
Make sure your back doesn’t come away from the backrest or you can damage your spine and don’t set the intensity too high, you think it’s easy until you get off the machine and discover your legs don’t work anymore.
try mixing up your exercises, go swimming or bike riding. if you are always changing your routine it will shock your body you will see results faster. try one personal training session you can learn quite alot in one session!!!
