		<description>Probably not but don&#039;t keep doing it week after week then you&#039;ll probably end up doing what you&#039;re trying to avoid doing which is hit a plateau.So you should be fine.  It&#039;s better too do the recovery than to do nothing that&#039;ll probably hinder the program.</description>
