Ectomorph Leg Training Help?

I’m an ectomorph and I gain size pretty dang slow. I have tried gaining size by riding bikes for 4 to 7 hours a day at night and still not much of any results. I have tried taking a boot camp class but that still made no change. I notice my legs becoming more tone but nothing else really changes. I would like to know which way would be the best to train my legs so that they are big and strong. I was thinking plyometric training, jump roping and stadium runs or full on weight lifting. If anyone out there has any tips for me or additional ways of training, please let me know. Thanks.

ok training basically tones up your muscles as you say. Training does thicken the muscle strands however doesn’t in any way increase their mass/size. Therefore you my of reached your optinium if they are as toned as you say. I had the same sort of problem so began taking muscle + weight gainer shakes. All you do is put the powder in a glass and add mlk, drink before and after excerise. They are high in protein therefore muscle size increases.
note: powdered shakes NOT STERIODS!!
