You dont need 30minutes of lunges and squats! just a few reps..Putting too much pressure on the knees is unsafe, and may cause injury/pain..
You should see clear results in a month, give or take. If you have some extra weight on you, longer…if not, not so long. Be sure and eat healthy! No fats at all, no butter or oil or fatty meats, and only complex carbs like brown rice (not white), or whole grain bread, not white…and a lot of veggies and fruit. The key is in getting body fat to drop. You are doing great exercises, any fun ones you can add in will help, too, like running (get good shoes and don’t run downhill or on concrete!) or even walking, or tennis…anything that burns cals, and preferably something fun you enjoy doing.
