		<description>its ok in that you won&#039;t cause yourself permenant harm, but if you want to add muscle to your legs, you need to let them heal sufficiently before exerting them again--otherwise the healing will be blunted and you won&#039;t bulk up as fast.

if you&#039;re looking to lose fat, then expending calories is what you&#039;re after, and cardio would be best.

you should chose either building muscle or loosing fat, then follow a routine for your choice for two weeks before changing.  Its not really practical to do both at the same time.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s ok to keep running as it will help to get all of lactic acid out of the muscles.  But try this, do 10 minutes of light jogging before your leg workout.  This jump starts blood flow, then add 10 minutes at the end of it as this will start to flush out the nasties that cause muscle soreness.

Make sure you are taking in protein before and after each workout to help your body repair.

Lots of water as always.
