I reviewed this book about 6 weeks ago when I first started. I was encouraged by many readers who were happy and satisfied. At first I only saw the inches fall off and when I weighed myself I was disappointed in the numbers. I did not stop trying because it was so easy and I was not craving anything bad. Well now the inches are still melting off and I was brave enough to step in the scale. Lo and behold I lost 20 lbs. just like that. My colesterol is 40 points less which is amazing to me and I have more energy than I have had in years. Suzanne, thanks once again for this super book. I wish you had a personal web sight so that others and myself could chat on everyday problems. With more holidays upon us I am afraid to eat off the program. Would it set me back if I cheated or after 6 weeks should I be able to eat something different? Maybe someone can answer this for me. I am thrilled to pieces and do not want to spoil my success.
