can someone please explain to me an interval training routine?

    It’s when you run your hardest for about 30 secs to 1 minute. Then just jog for about 30 seconds. Then run hard again, and repeat. It’s been shown in studies that this actually burns more fat than running alone. Be sure to stay hydrated too, and take a rest if you feel you are tiring out. Hope this helped!
