		<description>High rep squats will definitely help out your metabolism as they are a whole body exercise. Work your way up to 20-25 as heavy as you can go. Watch for proper form and start easy. I do sets of 25 reps with 315lbs and I have guys doing much more. It&#039;s very intense.=}</description>
