		<description>strength training is all about intensity. you need to do the heaviest weight you can for about 10 reps the first time then like 7 the second and by the third you should struggling to do like 5 or 6. if you were at the gym for like lets say 1 hr and worked hard in a high intensity program and ate properly then the fat would go by itself and muscle would come. But if you dont eat right your wasting your time.</description>
