A Sexy Butt Makeover Review

Joey Atlas used to run a woman’s personal training center, in St. Johns, Florida. Recently, he sold that business to become a home-based fitness/fat-loss writer, consultant and consumer advocate for women.

As he extracted himself from his old business, he started going through the many years of files he had collected. While doing that, he uncovered something surprising. His files revealed the precise remedy for any woman who is unhappy, even depressed by the condition of her entire butt area.

He found that the women he worked with who listed their butt as their top priority for improvement were the most successful in meeting all their fitness goals. These women were far more successful on average in developing an all-over firmly toned and tightly sculpted shape, including their butts, giving them a more attractive, feminine look. In other words, women who made developing a sexy butt their top priority were the most successful at doing that AND getting the rest of their bodies in fantastic shape as well!

When you think about this, it isn’t so surprising. For most women, the entire butt area means an awful lot when it comes to self esteem, the clothing you can wear, the attention you get from men, that anything which makes visible improvements in this area is something worth sticking with no matter what.

The most important thing you should know about this is that your glutes or rear end (gluteus maximus) is the largest single muscle in the body. And like all muscles it’s shape can be changed by the right targeted exercises.
